I read a very interesting book about suicide and why people commit suicide. The novel is called: The Suicidal Mind by Edwin S. Shneidman. The novel is essentially about why people commit suicide, which the author then explains the reasoning behind it through psychache. As the author describes, psyache is the term of psychologal pain. As one gets suffers too much psychologically (psychache) he or she then decides to end their life through suicide. It is a very interesting read because he goes in depth about the reasoning for suicides along with analyzes of some suicide notes.
